We are excited to announce the launch of our new and exclusive customer portal! This portal is designed to provide Jayco Newcastle RV owners with easy access to all the essential information you need for your Jayco Caravan or RV.

If you have purchased an RV from Jayco Newcastle and have already been given access, please log into the portal here and enter your phone number. You will then receive a one-time code via text message. Once you have entered the code, you will be able to access all of the information in the portal. if you have purchased a caravan or RV directly from Jayco Newcastle and would like to access the portal, please use the contact form below.
You can even add the portal to your phone like an App:
1. While viewing the website, tap the share button in the menu bar.
2. Scroll down the list of options, then tap Add to Home Screen.
