WHO: Chris, Sarah & Maddie @OurHumbleAdventure
VAN: 2016 Jayco Outback Swan
WHERE: Charlotte Plains
This family owned and run sheep station is located near Cunnamulla QLD and what an absolute cracker of a location to kick off our adventure!
We headed off from Newcastle and after traveling 992.3Kms, (not that I was counting!) I can tell you a soak in a hot artesian bore bath was everything I imagined and more!
We chose to park the swan by the unique free flowing artesian bore, with other accommodation also available.
We spent the afternoon frolicking in warm baths and cooking a BBQ.
Waking up to a stunning sunrise, how can you resist an early morning dip before you get on the road? Especially when it’s WARM!
We hit the road just after sunrise with another long day ahead of us. Next time knowing how stunning this property is, we would stay a little longer to soak up all it has to offer. After all… it is 385,280 acres!
